HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COMPLETE COURSE

1. Introduction to Human Resource Management
You will be taught and understand the specific tasks of a human resource officer; starting from the day an employee is taken, management orientation, filing of workers’ data, provision of salaries, management of EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax Deductions as well as the information you should know in terms of labor legislation, problem solving and industrial law. Practical training will be given to ensure you know the right way of handling documents involving the affairs of human resources.

2. Staff & Personnel Management
You will be exposed to management staff and personnel in accordance with legislation and Labor Act so that every decision and step taken in matters of regarding the staff and personnel meet the conditions set by the Malaysian government. Staff & Personnel Management includes management employees leave (annual leave, MC, marriage leave and others), Medical Expenses and others.

3. Document Management & Record
Document management, records and filing begins from the interview process, the appointment of employees, orientation, performance evaluation up to the confirmation of the position, salary increase, promotions and management salaries.

4. Management SalaryIt is crucial to know the salary calculation (full wages and salaries by day), overtime, allowances and deductions (for EPF, SOCSO and ITD’ Income Tax Deduction’). You will be exposed to all the necessary calculation formula.

5. Management of EPF & SOCSO
You will also be exposed to the methods of management contribution Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and Social Development Corporation (SOCSO) for employees and employers. Besides that, you will also be taught on how to register a worker for membership and employee claims in case of accidents at workplace.

6. Management Taxation & Income Tax Deduction (ITD)
You will learn methods of handling Corporate Tax for the company and income tax deductions for employees. Among others, you will also learn how to prepare Statements of Workers Annual Salary (EA Form).

7. Letters related to Human Resource Affairs
You will be trained in writing letters relating to human resources matters; letter of appointment, confirmation of the position, warning letters, show cause letter, letter of dismissal and so on according to the conditions set by the Labor Law of Malays
