Learning Modules:

1. Office Administration
You will generally find how an organization works and functions of each post. Besides getting training methods in preparing management reports and administration, you are also exposed to all important documentation for organizations, bodies and agencies related to the activities of a company. This module is delivered in the easiest approach in order to enable students understanding.

2. Basic Human Resource Management
You will be taught and understand the specific tasks of a human resource officer; starting from the day an employee is taken, management orientation, filing of workers’ data, provision of salaries, management of EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax Deductions as well as the information you should know in terms of labor legislation, problem solving and industrial law. Practical training will be given to ensure you know the right way of handling documents involving the affairs of human resources.

3. Basic Accounting
In this module you will be introduced to the principles, the accounting classification and the types of company accounts. In practical knowledge, FAA will teach you Balance Sheet, Source of Documents, Journal, Financial Statements, Ledger, Adjustments, Accounting for Fixed & Depreciating Assets and more accounting requirements applicable in any company.

4. Secretary  & Executive
Do you wish you could be a secretary or executive in an organization? Or you wish to know the background of a secretary and executive tasks so you can work together and cooperate with them in the implementation of a task? This module highlights the Skill and self-image that a secretary or executive should have. Exposure is also given regarding the ethics office, the delegation, assignments as well as skills needed by a secretary or an executive.

5. Clerical (Admin)
Duties of a clerk in an organization should not be taken lightly because it supports all basic administration works such as filing, typing, facsimile, preparation of documentation and basic work of banking. This module describes the work in clerical specialization, and inter-related duties of a clerk with accounts, human resources, marketing, project or management.

6. Receptionist and telephone operator
First Impression of an organization is given through service of a receptionist or telephone operator. Protocol and friendly attitude to customers or guests must be taken into account in answering a call. This module emphasizes on the aspects mentioned above, apart from understanding the methods and procedures used in PABX telephone system and delivers the information / product the company in general.

7. Computer Applications
You will learn basic use of Microsoft Office Word 2007, Microsoft Excel 2007, Presentation Style & Formula Usage, Exploring the Internet and other additional accessories in computer applications. This module is delivered using practical training with actual computer use.
